Manuscript fragments on vellum and paper from the Bischoff Fragment Collection, dating from the 12th to 16th centuries. Assembled by world-renowned medieval palaeographer Professor Bernhard Bischoff (1906–1991), Monash University Library holds 28 vellum fragments, all paper fragments, and Bischoff’s handwritten index. Accompanied by research notes from Professor Marvin L. Colker, this rare collection offers students and researchers direct access to medieval Latin manuscripts and early text identification.
