TitleHargrave-Andrew LibraryDescription13 College Walk, Clayton
Opened in 1962, the Hargrave-Andrew Library was the first library on campus at Clayton. It remained the only library until the Main Library (now the Sir Louis Matheson Library) opened in 1964.
The library was originally named the Hargrave Library after engineer Lawrence Hargrave. In 1999 when the biomedical library closed and merged with the Hargrave Library, it became the Hargrave-Andrew Library, adding the name of Richard Roderick Andrew, foundation Dean of Medicine.
