The Centre specialized in conducting 'in-house' seminars for sponsors and other organizations. Prof. Robert Baxt was chairman of the Committee of Management and acted as Interim Director until the appointment of Mr Lucio E. Dana in September 1986 . Mr. Phillip H. Clark was appointed in March 1988 and resigned in March 1989. The Centre closed in 1989.
