It superseded both the International Advisory Group and the Vice-Chancellors Group (International). In 2011 the committees terms of reference and membership were revised and its name changed. The Global Engagement committee held its first meeting in July 2011. In 2014 the Monash International Committee replaced the Global Engagement Committee, and is no longer serviced by Executive Services.
