J. Gray as Chairman. Its terms of reference were to advise the Council, after consulting with the PB on matters of concern to the Professorial Board, on policies to be followed by the University Health Service, the Counselling Service, and the Careers and Appointments Office; to advise on the accommodation and on the level of expenditure and staffing of the services; to comment on any relevant matter including the establishment of new services.
The committee was disestablished in 1976.
