The Investment Advisory Committee was established in 2002 as a subcommittee of the Resources and Finance Committee of Council, with Glenn Barnes as Chair. It was disestablished in 2006. The committee's terms of reference when first established were: To develop and review the University's investment policy and related procedures. To advise Resources and Finance Committee on policy governing the investment of funds, asset maintenance, reserves and risk management strategies. To review and recommend policy relating to banking services.
