Minutes for meetings 1/68 to 6/72 are held together in a leather bound volume which also includes an index. Minutes for 1973 are held in a Goliath thong binder. The remaining minutes are printed on foolscap and held loosely in manila folders. Prior to 1982 all attachments were pasted onto foolscap sheets before being bound or placed in folders. Included with the series are working papers for meetings held 1970-1979, held in bundles and manila folders.
