Meetings are numbered consecutively, i.e. first to forty-fourth, and by year, i.e. 1-7/68 and 1-37/69. No minutes were taken at meetings 30-37/69 (37th to 44th meetings), however agenda and draft reports for meetings 31-37/69 are included in the series. Minutes are printed on foolscap and together with attachments are held in two manila folders with numbered tabs i.e. 1-44, separating the meetings. Also included with this series are agenda, draft minutes, original submissions and correspondence associated with the work of the Commission; reports from the faculty working parties; drafts of the final report and signed copies of the Commission's recommendations received from members of the Commission in October 1969.
