Minutes of meetings of these bodies, together with minutes of Student General Meetings and minutes of other Union committees are interfiled together in roughly chronological order to make up this series. Holdings of minutes for some years are incomplete. Most of the series consists of loose papers held in manila folders. Accession 1995/33 was forwarded from the Main Library where minutes for MAS meetings for 1970-75 were bound into a single volume. Several files of correspondence are included with the series.
