Membership consisted of members of the methods staff and the 'foundations' staff of the Faculty of Education, and the Principal, Co-ordinator of Teaching Practice and members of the supervising panel of all schools associated with it in its teacher education program for a particular year. The MATE Committee was made up of eleven elected school and faculty representatives, the co-ordinator of DipEd and an Executive Officer. This series consists of a single file of copies of agenda and minutes of meetings of the committee held between 1978 and March 1981.
