Much of the material used was imported from Japan. The garden was officially opened on 26 November 1996. This series consists of plans and drawings for the design of the garden together with 6 colour photographs of materials imported for the project. Plans have design features noted in either Japanese (items 3-9) or English (items 10-12). Coloured landscape views are included within the series. Many items are undated.
