This series consists chiefly of monthly files related to meetings of the Authority and Waller's role as Chairman. There are also several files of reference material, annual files for the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee and Assisted Reproductive Technology Services, and files for several meetings of SRACI held in late 1996. Files include agenda and minutes, correspondence and reports of meetings with interested parties.
