The committee was made up of Mr J. G. Wilson, Sir Michael Chamberlin and Mr F. H. Johnson. It contacted three sharebroking offices for recommendations on a possible portfolio and reported the response to the Finance Committee. This series consists of the agenda and signed minutes for the two meetings of the sub-committee. Minutes are printed on yellow foolscap while agenda and attachments are on white foolscap.
