Series identifierMON840Series titleRecords related to Teaching Evaluation SurveySeries descriptionThis survey was carried out by the Professional Development Centre's Teaching Evaluation Unit on behalf of the Monash University Student Union Inc. The purpose of the project to get a general idea of students' perceptions of their courses "including factors such as enrolments, resources and timetabling", and to provide constructive feedback to academic staff. The project was begun with a pilot in 1992 and an amended questionnaire distributed through the Union's Academic Survival Manual in 1993. Results were assessed by the Unit. The series consists of a copy of the 1993 Academic Survival Manual, together with unbound copies of the Subject Evaluation Pilot Survey: Summation of Median Ratings for Questions 1-15.
