Papers for 1962-63 are printed on foolscap and from 1964 on A4. Papers for 1962-66 are held in a post binder with colour coded tabs separating candidates from each faculty, while those for subsequent meetings are bound into volumes. Agenda items consist chiefly of standard summary sheets giving details of the candidates employment history and remarks on proposed promotion. No meetings of the committee were held in 1981.
