Series identifierMON1050Series titlePapersSeries descriptionThis series consists of files maintained by the Secretary of the Council for Chaplaincies in Tertiary Institutions. The majority of files include a mixture of inwards and outwards correspondence with chaplains, chaplains' reports and minutes of CCTI meetings. Papers are held loosely in manila folders. The series appears to have been maintained in three different arrangements. From 1962 to 1977 the material was arranged in annual folders. In the early 1980s a numeric system was introduced (item 19 &ff.). Personnel files of chaplains are included in this section of the series. In the late 1980s and 90s general (unnumbered) files were also created. Registers detailing the chaplains period of employment and personal details are also present in this section of the series. Papers are held loosely in manila folders.
