Correspondence is chiefly arranged chronologically, but includes two subject files. The series consists of inward and outward correspondence of the State Parliamentary Labor Party Secretaries: W. L. Floyd (1965-76), Robert Fordham (1976-77), Barry Jones (? - 1977) and Tom Roper. Very little of the correspondence generated during Mr Roper's period as secretary is extant, it may be in the custody of the Latrobe Library.
