Mr Ian B. Kiddle was a lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at Caulfield Institute of Technology. He was appointed to the institute in March 1969 with special permission to lecture at Melbourne University as well (Staffing Committee Minutes). He was born in 1920 and died late in 1977. No other details of Mr Kiddle are known.

Solar tables1974-1980 Tables developed to enable determination of the insolation on a surface of any orientation at any location on the earth’s surface, and intended to form the main part of a larger work to include considerable geographical data. Following Kiddle’s death in 1977, the tables were arranged for publication by Stuart Major, with grant from Victorian Solar Energy Committee.
