The 120 students admitted in the first year were taught at the Casey Institute, while the first building on the campus (Building 901) was opened in 1996 and the second in 1999 (Building 902), while the School of Multimedia Systems (Building 903) was opened in 2004. The Campus was transferred to Federation University at the end of 2017.
