The Executive Committee met to consider academic issues prior to their presentation to Faculty Board meetings. These included examinations, admission, and ad eundem statum candidates. Other subjects covered included fees for part-time students, degree regulations, pre-requisites for admission, faculty representatives to Council, the quality of language teachers, priorities for filling new chairs, academic salaries, and university prizes.
