For meetings held in 1968 and 1969 papers consist of agenda only. For subsequent meetings papers consist of agenda items, follow-up sheets, handwritten and typed drafts of minutes, and copies of correspondence. Although the committee was renamed in 1968 meetings continued to be numbered in sequence. In 1971 when the committee reverted to its original title a new numbering sequence was adopted, i.e. meeting 6/71 of the Parking and Traffic Committee is followed by meeting 1/71 of the Parking Committee.
