This series is the signed master set of minutes of faculty board meetings from the inaugural meeting held in October 1965. Also included with the series are minutes of faculty meetings held prior to that date. These include minutes of a meeting of Heads of Science Departments in July 1961, meetings of the faculty held between 1961 and 1965, and meetings of the Faculty Executive Committee held between 1961 and 1965. Minutes are held in leather bound volumes 250x335mm. The first volume containing minutes pre-dating the faculty board , has a handwritten index. Indexes in later volumes have no entries. Prior to 1967 minutes were printed on green foolscap and pasted onto pages of volumes. Since then minutes have been printed onto pages. The series also contains minutes of meetings of the faculty. An incomplete series of agenda papers for meetings held 1963 to 1972 is also included. These papers are printed on green foolscap and secured in transfer covers.
