The first file in the series includes correspondence related to the annual Australian University Graduates Conference. Contents include correspondence to and from the AUGC, minutes of annual meetings, conference programs, notices to members and reports of Monash Graduates Association delegates to the conference. Also included in the file is a copy of a report on a survey of graduates conducted July/September 1973 by Monash University's Finance Development Officer. The file was forwarded to the archives by the Secretary to the Monash Graduates Association. The remaining file contains correspondence with members on matters of interest, invitations to functions, MGA brochures, and an undated list of life members.
