For each position there may be several PDs as they have been updated or a new incumbent appointed. Senior positions are included in the same numerical sequence but are grouped separately. Although the series dates to June 1990 several Monash PDs for staff members employed on the Caulfield Campus in 1991-92 have been added to it.
