Meeting 3/90 was the final meeting as the Board of GIAE and 4/90 the first as the Board of MUCG. In 1993 the School of Engineering was absorbed into Monash's Faculty of Engineering and the membership and responsibilities of the School Board are defined by the university statutes.
Minutes of meetings of the board held during the 1970s are the signed master copies and are printed on foolscap. Subsequent papers are printed on A4.
