The original directors were S. C. Spargo and C. R. Galbraith who were replaced in November 1986 by P. H. Ramler (Chairman), J. R. Harris and W. L. Priem (Secretary). In February 1994 W. Priem was replaced as secretary by B. Eddy following which Pelletray refinanced the Technology Tower. Pelletray applied for deregulation in May 1995. This series consists of records created and maintained by the Secretary of Pelletray Pty Ltd including the company seal; share register and share certificate book; original agreements and contracts; accounts and financial reports; minutes of meetings of Directors; and correspondence. Also included is correspondence from W. Priem to B.
