Agenda are printed on green foolscap, copies of minutes on white foolscap. Correspondence and papers are included. Items 11-12 appear to be the Faculty Secretary's copies of papers and include draft minutes. Also included within the series are copies of minutes of Special Joint Committee meetings for 1967 and copies of the Faculty Bulletin for 1972-74. Papers are held loosely in manila folders. Agenda and minutes for 1980-1989 and 1997-2013 are digital files.
