Files contain correspondence, reports, and forms and are chiefly related to budget and staffing matters. Files were forwarded to the archives in two consignments (the first spanning 1980-84 and the second 1985-88), which are controlled by different numbering systems. The earlier consignment has a three digit numerical control system while files in the second consignment have been top-numbered to conform with a later annual single number system. Item descriptions include reference to both numbering systems. The later consignment includes student and staff files which were not previously part of the series.
