The keyword index is a printout 300x390mm, which lists entries in alpha order of keyword giving the alphanumeral and title of all files current at the time of conversion to TRIM in 1987. The file number index lists files in order of alphanumeric assigned, and includes file title and information on related files in the TRIM system.
