Spiral notebooks are precisely dated and were used chiefly for research notes. The covers of many of the notebooks are used to list contents. A separate run of "Who, Where, When, What and Why books" cover the period 1973-90. These include class lists, attendance records, lending lists, addresses, phone numbers, timetables and information on students.
