The committee was made up of a member of the Board of Studies, the head of the Education Faculty, the lecturer in charge of PPT, a representative of each department including the library, and two students from different years of the course.

The series consists of a single volume of minutes for meetings of the committee held in 1976-77 and a separate volume of agenda for the same period. Minutes are printed on white A4, while agenda papers are of various sizes.
