The Congress Directorate included the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ray Martin and the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Professor J. M. Swan. During planning for the Congress, an ANZAAS office was established within the university and the Registrar's Office provided secretarial support. This series consists of agenda and minutes for meetings of the Congress Directorate in the months leading up to the staging of the Congress in August 1995.
