(There seems to have been no meeting in 1981). From 1961 to 1986 inclusive, the minutes are signed original copies. Attached to each set of minutes are reports from various committees and departments within the Faculty, summaries of student enrolment and of academics' professional activities and other matters of interest. Agenda do not seem to have been collected until the late 1980s. Documents between 1987 and 1993 appear to be the Dean of the Faculty's personal copies and are unsigned (though note original reports from 1988 and 1991). Earlier sets of papers are bound up in large hardcover volumes of varying thickness; later documents are in manila folders.
