The first Faculty meeting was held 9 December 1960. The inaugural meeting of the Executive Committee was held 8 November 1961. The Executive Committee was abolished with effect from the end of 1972. The Faculty Board was instituted in 1965 and its first meeting was held 15 September 1965. Early volumes consist of pages pasted onto foolscap pages. Summary sheets are found at the front of the volumes ranging from 1960 to 1968. Volumes from 1982 to 1991 consists of photocopied minutes. Minutes from 1992 onwards are mostly signed originals.
