Membership consisted of the Senior DVC, Associate Deans, Director of the Professional Development Centre, a representative of the Gippsland academic staff, and 3 co-opted members. Under the general supervision of the Academic Board, CADeT meets monthly to consider any matter relating to teaching and learning in the university and any matter referred to it by the Academic Board, the Education Committee or the Committee of Deans. CADeT reported on each meeting to the Committee of Deans. CADeT was disestablished with the creation of the Learning, Teaching and Quality Subcommittee of the Education Committee in 2006.
