During 1994, the Performing and Creative Arts Committee requested a review of the "overall management philosophies and techniques for the Performing Arts Precinct". The recommendations of the review report, which were approved by the Committee and implemented during 1995, involved dissolving the Management Committee for Robert Blackwood Hall and merging its functions with the Performing and Creative Arts Committee.
