They include: Committee of Chairmen of Departments, Committee for Affirmative Action, Flexible Learning Committee, Heads of Departments Meetings, and Postgraduate Coursework Committee. The ad hoc Flexible Delivery Committee was replaced by the Flexible Learning Committee, a standing committee of Faculty Board, which first met in November 1997. These minutes have been confirmed. The minutes of the Committee of Chairmen of Departments for the years 1983-1985 have been confirmed and are printed on green A4 paper. There is an index printed on computer paper with the 1983 papers. All other minutes are unconfirmed.
