Copies of internal memoranda are filed separately for the years 1970-78 and interfiled with the main run of correspondence thereafter. From 1961 to 1977 correspondence was sub-divided alphabetically by name. It is strictly chronological from 1978. From December 1996 files also include copies of some inward correspondence.
