For the majority of the meetings there are a series of drafts from the initial handwritten notes to the final approved draft. Agenda items are often separated by numbered dividers, but this does not occur after 1978.
Some items can be identified as 'draft minutes' or 'agenda and draft minutes'". This may be because the items have been labelled as such, or they may have been organised in such a manner that a specific title is appropriate. Other items have been given the more general description of "working papers". The contents of these items are often not clearly organised and/or labelled and often contain a variety of material which may include draft minutes, minutes, agenda, agenda papers and other attachments.
