The majority of these minutes have been confirmed, although there are a number of unsigned minutes within the series. Minutes are printed on white foolscap and prior to 1981 attachments were pasted onto foolscap.
Minutes of joint Development and Planning Committee meetings are also included in the series. Some of these meetings have been numbered as part of the sequence of Development Committee meetings others are not numbered at all.
Submissions from faculties and centres to the committee for the 1985-87 triennium are included with the minutes for 1982.
