The first page is headed "Trust Stock Movements - Inward 1941" and records stock bought and the supplies, less sales for the year and compared to actual stock. Subsequent pages are headed "Outward" and record each receipt number and sale. Although the pages are headed "Overhead Control Account" and have overhead items printed in, these are ignored. Two-thirds of the way through the volume, however, items of overhead payments are recorded for 1938/39 financial year. A page is given for each department and the figures for Period 1 - 27/2/38 are completed. Loose in the front of the volume is a list of Trust Account stock at 31/12/41. The volume is a green canvas covered post-binder with leather corners.
