Series identifierMON257Series titleFaculty of Engineering - Faculty Board agenda and minutesSeries descriptionEstablishment of the Faculty Board was approved by Council in September 1965, replacing the faculty's Executive Committee which had been established in 1963. This series consists of agenda and signed minutes for meetings of the Faculty Board from its first meeting in October 1965. Papers for meetings held between 1965 and 1987 have been glued onto the pages of thong binders. The remaining papers in the series have been removed from lever-arch files and placed into manila folders. The statutory requirement for faculty boards was revoked in December 2013. Conservation note: Items 17-25 in this accession are hard-covered volumes with leaves bound in. Typewritten pages were originally stuck to the leaves with glue, which has become brittle.
