The foolscap size forms were signed by both the Principal and the President of the School Council and include details of staff and students at the school during the relevant years. Some files also include details of Council members and their attendance at Council meetings. For the years 1923-24 handwritten statements of receipts and expenditure only are held. Holdings of the Education Department forms cover the years 1925-26 and 1930-37.
