The committee reported to Council through the Director of CIT. The first lecture in the series was given in September 1971. This series includes minutes of the committee; reports to Council; and correspondence and information on guest speakers for the period 1979-81. Also included in the series is a collection of papers related to the committee, gathered together by the Caulfield Archivist and covering the period 1971-80. This small collection includes transcripts of lectures, correspondence, and reports of the committee to Council.
