An Editorial Committee was appointed in February 1981 consisting of M. Fabrikant, P. Ramler, A Stokes, M. Merchant (the institute’s archivist - 1978-82) and N. Weeraratne. The committee proposed to obtain contributions from prominent people with a past connection to the institute and to support these with information and memorabilia from the archives collection. The project appears to have been abandoned during amalgamation procedures with Frankston State College. Information on the background to the project can be found on administrative correspondence file 78/0586. The series is a copy of a single, possibly final, draft of the proposed publication.
