Series identifierMON345Series titleGraduate RegistersSeries descriptionSix bound graduate registers documenting graduates of the university between 1964 and 1990. The registers are arranged by degree title. Within each degree title, student names are arranged alphabetically, according to date of admission to degree. Each page of the register has been divided into six columns. They read from left to right: student number, surname, other names, date of admission, remarks and signature. For honour degrees, extra columns have been included for department and class (of honours), while masters and doctorate degrees, have an extra column for department. White pieces of paper with student names, degree, signature and date, appear randomly on the back of some register sheets and these are names which have been inserted into the register at a later stage. There are also two folders (one blank, one titled "Monash University Register") containing unbound graduate sheets for 1986-1990, and one empty folder titled "Monash University Graduate Register".
