This series includes signed minutes of the committee for all meetings held between October 1977 and December 1985, together with agenda and working papers maintained by the Secretary to the committee between 1981 and 1985. Agenda and minutes for meetings held since 1989 are unsigned. Early agenda and minutes are printed on green A4 paper, and from the mid-1990s white A4 paper is used. Included among the working papers are correspondence, memos and drafts associated with meetings of the committee.
