Directors reports to Council include details of staff establishment, resignations, new appointments, appointments pending and applications for leave under the Professional Experience Program. The later summary reports and News Sheets include only name of appointee, date of appointment and title of position. Handwritten lists apparently used for compilation of the News Sheets are included within the files.
