From 1970 signed minutes of the committee were numbered as part of the administrative correspondence series maintained by the Caulfield Registry. The minutes were not shelved as part of that series. Also included with this series is a single file of CIT Buildings Committee agenda and minutes for several meetings in 1972 ie. 28 August, 23 October and 27 November. For minutes of meetings held between 1970 and 1972 and agenda and papers for 1970-81 see the administrative correspondence series.
