The committee was constituted to advise the Academic Board on all matters related to the institute's calendar and internal and external timetables; to timetable lectures/tutorials outside of normal teaching hours where required; and to coordinate examination timetables. This series consists of the Secretary's copies of agenda and minutes of meetings of the committee for meetings held between June 1987 and May 1990. The first minutes of the committee included within this series are those of meeting 87/3, held in June 1987.
